What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), travel dates, number of guests and your message.

Why we use it

To answer your request for information or availability. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who receives it

Your request is emailed to the owner and to the reception that manages bookings on the owner’s behalf ([management company name]), acting as data processor. Emails are sent through an email service provider. We never sell or share your data.

How long we keep it

We keep requests as long as needed to reply and for no more than 24 months, unless the request leads to a booking.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no profiling cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server, with no calls to external services.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its use, by writing to chaletpandora@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
